PLATTE is Michael’s nonprofit it stands for: Power, Love, Learning, and Accsess To Everyone. Through PLATTE he does Snack Packs, Budget Cooking Classes, Small Space Gardening Classes, and will have a Pay What You Can Grocery Store. Michael does all of these things through PLLATE in order for everyone to have accsess to healthy and affordable food.
